Essential Forms and Records for Trucking Company Compliance

USDOT Number Registration: Obtain and maintain your USDOT number, which identifies your company to the FMCSA and enables monitoring of your safety records.

Motor Carrier (MC) Number and Authority: File for an MC number and secure trucking authority to legally operate commercial vehicles, especially interstate.

Form BOC-3 (Designation of Process Agent): Required to designate a legal agent in each state where you operate for service of legal documents.
